Dow SYLGARD™ 170 Standard – 400Kg
Dow SYLGARD 170 is a two-part, room temperature and heat curing silicone encapsulant that is used to provide stress relief in applications where hard, ridged encapsulants can cause damage during thermal cycling. It is suitable for sealing and protecting various electronic devices, especially those with delicate components.
SYLGARD 170 offers a 1:1 mix ratio, long working times, good flowability and flame resistance.
